World Premium is a 100% free digital entertainment platform designed for users, creators, and brands to discover, upload, share, and promote micro-dramas and short-form vertical video content.
The platform is open to individuals, independent creators, production houses, and brands. World Premium focuses on originality, storytelling, and responsible digital publishing. The platform does not charge users for viewing content and does not require any mandatory subscription.
World Premium functions as a neutral digital intermediary platform under the Singhaniya Royal Group (SRG). The platform provides hosting and discovery services only and does not actively participate in the creation, ownership, or control of user-generated content.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Platform Access
World Premium is free to use for all users, creators, and brands. The platform may introduce optional paid features in the future, which will be clearly disclosed.
2. User Eligibility
This platform is intended for users aged 13 years and above. Users below 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
4. Content Ownership & Upload Responsibility
Any person or entity uploading content confirms that they are the lawful owner of the content or have obtained valid rights, licenses, or permissions to upload it.
All responsibility and legal liability for uploaded content rests solely with the uploader.
5. Prohibited Content
Uploading copied, stolen, pirated, misleading, defamatory, illegal, abusive, hateful, or copyrighted content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, users grant World Premium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform.
7. Content Moderation
World Premium reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content or account that violates laws or platform policies, without prior notice.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for repeated violations, copyright complaints, or illegal activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
World Premium shall not be held responsible for user-generated content, copyright disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from content uploaded by third parties.
World Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
